Coming off a week of vacation in beautiful #laketahoe with the fam! Much needed time away, a little R&R, but mostly working on the BIZ! So many exciting things to come!
Are you ready for a new week?! 3 tips below to make sure you get started on the right foot!
1️⃣ Spend 10 minutes taking a look at your calendar. Where are you going this week? Work events, happy hours with girlfriends, date night, etc. Know when you're going to be out and think about healthy food choices for those events! You got this!
2️⃣ What top 3 things do you need to get done this week? Whether it's personal, career related, whatever! Write out those 3 things and list how you're going to achieve them by what day and time. Give yourself a plan and execute this week!
3️⃣ JOURNAL - I like to take this time to submit the week to The Almighty and have positive intentions for the week ahead. It could be anything for you, but taking 10 minutes to write, brain dump, get things out on paper can be helpful in clearing your mind for a new week!
