It was about time to finally re-create this better! First time around I used uncured pork belly, this time thick cut bacon. First time didn’t season enough, this time I heavily dusted it. It was vital to have a bite of it all together to get that sweet n salty flavor kind of how with proper chicken n waffles the chicken is saltier. The Swineapple, smoked on the @rectecgrills smoker with 250F heat for a couple hours until IT was 165F. This is always fun 😎, fun to make, fun to smoke and fun to eat. Have you ever smoked one?
