Once I embraced "nuture and nourish" instead of "deprive and punish", everything changed! I walked away from the "just eat less" mentality, and that's when I finally saw results. . .
👉 I love to share recipes, meal ideas, and wellness tips that feel doable and actionable to you. Look, I get it. Life is busy beyond belief, and sometimes the thought of changing habits feels like just one more thing on your to-do list. I am passionate about sharing shortcuts and strategies to show you how tiny actions and baby steps are truly the bridge to feeling your best. I'm here to help you cut through the information overload and overthinking, and instead, focus on the easy, "big rocks" that make the most difference without driving yourself crazy. . .
👉 I share quite a bit about food, but I also love to share content about all of the other lifestyle factors and habits that help you achieve optimal health, well-being, and body composition goals, too. In my own journey, I used to place too much emphasis on food and movement as the keys to fat loss, better energy, and good health. For many years, I overlooked the ENORMOUS role other lifestyle pieces play. Stress, sleep, social connections, nature, circadian rhythm - they are absolutely critical to the process. #everythingisconnected 🙂
