𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲!!!
I am not one for naps. I generally work 14+ hours a day, I don’t mind at all!
I work at two different jobs, I have 3 kids 6, 9 & 18, I am in several classes, I am constantly researching information, answering client questions, and the list goes on! I am not complaining about any of this, I love all those things!!!!
However, sometimes your body hits the pause button for you. I have come home the last two evenings and napped for 2-3 hours!!! I have a million things I need to be doing, but my body said, “no ma’am, you need to let me rest”!!!
Over the next couple of weeks I am going to restructure my schedule a bit where I can get 6-7 hours of sleep at night, instead of 3-4. After all sleep plays a huge role in your results in the gym, how you feel, and how your body burns fat!
