Barracuda is rich in valuable fats. Fish oil remains liquid even at low temperatures and is therefore better absorbed. In fish oil, many polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are popularly called omega-3. These fats like vitamins can not be produced by themselves in the body, and their absence can cause illness. Omega-3 is part of a group of substances that are responsible for blood clotting. Fats have the properties to dissolve cholesterol, reduce the likelihood of thrombophlebitis, stroke, heart attack, psoriasis, sclerosis. Such common diseases as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis, weakness of the immune system are associated with a deficiency of omega-3. People who regularly use omega-3 have good eyesight and are long-livers. In the barracuda meat contains important for the body vitamins A, D, E, F, iodine, selenium and some antioxidants.
