WINNIE: That’s a good point Piglet... it seems feasible... But we’re talking about humans here and their ability to remember exists for a reason. And centuries old conditioning can become a habit. Deep rooted habits are like addictions. They aren’t easy to change. On either side of the table... For the ones that hate... and of course for the ones that receive that hatred.
Flash back to @victoriassecret “Train Like an Angel”. One of the things I loved about training with @adrianalima was her desire to execute the punch PERFECTLY. She would repeat it... hone it and craft it. She would never quit. Always did “Overtime”. Always got to training early with that passion to sweat and learn. (She was one of the few I could really throw hard, complex workouts at and love it). Lol) I always admired that about her. She didn’t have to, but that was her inner character. And that’s what your fitness should do... test your engine... then it will really enhance your body. If what you’re doing fitness wise requires you to “build skills” it’s giving you so much more than a knockout body. #thegreatest #thebaddest #therealest #thehottest #lavagirl
Brian De Palma’s “The Black Dahlia”was shot in Bulgaria in 2006. I trained Josh Hartnett and Aaron Eckhart for the opening fight scene and we had a blast over there. I thought the movie was great but rotten tomatoes doesn’t agree with me. Maybe I was too close to the project? The fight scene was dope though. Both Josh and Aaron are 100% talent. Starring Hillary Swank and Scarlet Johansson. #thegoodlife If you got time to kill check it out. The visuals are incredible. Everyone on camera was good looking. lol
Watch this flick!!! Flashback to 2015 in Bulgaria, on the set of “Chuck” with @lievschreiber who did an incredible job of portraying “The Bayonne Bleeder” #chuckwepner the man who fought Ali and inspired Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky! Liev, you’re incredible. Shout out to ma boy, the talented @iampoochhall who portrayed Muhammad Ali and slayed it!
